The account creator user group (accountcreator user group) grants access to a tool which permits trusted contributors to make a large number of accounts for other people who request them.
Users in the account creator group have the technical ability to perform the following actions:
- Create more than six accounts[1] in a 24-hour period with Special:CreateAccount or other tools (the noratelimit flag).
- Override the "anti-spoof" check and create accounts that are similar to accounts that already exist (the override-antispoof flag).
- Override the "blacklist" check and create accounts that are otherwise blocked by the title blacklist (the tboverride-account flag).
The right is included in the Administrator toolset.
Currently in masticationpedia there are 0 users who explicitly have the account creator flag enabled
